Finance, accounting and/or real estate major preferable

Intern or post graduate experience in either finance or real estate

Position’s Responsibilities & Development
| Months 1-9: |
• Report to and interact with principal in charge of acquisitions
• Assemble closing books, offering memorandums, confidentiality agreements
• Complete other administrative tasks
• Develop budgets, proformas, and market studies
• Develop cash flow analysis of properties
• Obtain and compile due diligence materials
• Produce comparative analysis of loan alternatives
• Produce investor correspondence for various investment entities
• Report on limited liability companies, limited and general partnerships
• Work on new concepts: create financial models for new real estate structures, strategic combinations and other investment vehicles
• Research and review assigned acquisition markets

| Months 6-20: |
• Continue to perform responsibilities above
• Interact with investors about correspondence, financing, transactions, etc.
• Communicate with property owners, developers and real estate brokers
• Contact potential property sellers
• Travel to assigned U.S. cities to meet with owners, developers and brokers
|
| Months 18-30: |
• Continue to perform responsibilities above
• Attend real estate conferences in various U.S. cities
• Communicate with lenders about property information
• Contact potential lenders for financing
|
| Months 30 and Beyond: |
• Continue to perform responsibilities above
• Earn potential ownership interests in acquired properties
|
