Growth markets and submarkets.

| Transaction Size: |
Minimum/Maximum: $10 Million - $250 Million.
Preferred Size: $15 – $50 Million.

| Ownership: |
Properties may be purchased either all cash or subject to existing financing.
Tax deferred strategies are available for owners with low tax basis.
