Timothy L. Berry - Executive Vice President Tim Berry joined The Michelson Organization in 1989 and began what has become Michelson Commercial Realty and Development, L.L.C. Prior to joining Michelson, Mr. Berry spent over four years with Equitec Properties Company as a Regional Director responsible for all aspects of a large portfolio of properties in several states. He has been actively involved in the management, leasing, development, construction, and financing of commercial properties throughout the country.
