I currently live at Carrington Park. I love it here. I have lived here for a little over a year. I love this complex because unlike a lot of other places I have lived you are allowed to pretty much have any pet you want. There is not weight limits or anything, I believe a few breed restrictions on dogs, but every place has that around here. And they even have a dog park so if you have a bigger dog you have a place to take it for exercise. The office staff is always very friendly and have been very helpful to me, especially when I transferred from a one bedroom to a three bedroom, I didn't get charged all those crazy transfer fees and get the run around about moving units. Everytime I have a question about anything they never act like I am a hassle and have always answered my questions very straight forward. My lease is almost up and I am considering staying here. The only reason I may move is because it is a little expensive. Especially for younger people looking to rent. The cleaniness of the complex is well worth it and it is bug free and in comparison to other places I have lived the extra money is worth not having the hassle of a dirty apartment and bugs. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who can afford it, one thing that helps out there is the fact that cable is included in your rent. :-) Just a little perk but always helpful.


I have lived at Carrington Park for 17 months, and I have no complaints. When my one year lease was about to expire, I looked at other apartments in the area. None of them were as roomy or nice as Carrington. Whenever I have called regarding a maintenance issue, it is addressed quickly....always on the same day that I call. The inside of the apartment is more like a condo or townhome: the wide molding around the ceiling is painted a different color than the walls. The rooms have ceiling fans instead of cheap, ugly lights like most apartments. The ceilings are high, which makes it seem even more roomy. The complex hosts lots of neat activities for the residents: a Christmas party, pool parties, Halloween party, Easter egg hunt, etc., and they give away great prizes and gift certificates. Every Sunday residents can receive free manicures and massages in the office. I highly recommend Carrington Park!
