Leasing agents can tell you about specials, and they know more about the incomparable amenities like pools and dog parks and movie screening theaters and racquetball courts and on site gyms. What I can tell you is that at Chapel Hill, when they talk about community, it’s not just a word. It’s how they live. You’re not just a tenant. You’re someone they care about. If you’re looking for an apartment community, you want to know that your needs are met. In 3 ½ years, I might have had five service requests, all for very little things. They were always done by the next day, correctly, with a follow-up call to see if everything was okay. At Chapel Hill, there is amazing care given to doing it right and making it feel like a family. Chapel Hill didn’t ask me to tell you these things. I volunteered. It’s a great place to live. I should know."
