I've lived in a one bedroom here 2 years and I've really enjoyed it.
The interior is attractive with white panel doors and beveled moldings. Kitchen appliances are new. 3 Closets: one large walk in for storage, coat closet, and bedroom closet with lots of shelving. Bathroom is very clean. I would have to say the maintenance staff is EXCELLENT and friendly. They fix stuff on time the first time -- and they are friendly. The managers can identify me by name without looking at a roster. The clubhouse is attractive and contains a small workout facility, sauna, and laundry room. Swimming pool is great in the summer. In the winter, everything is shoveled BEFORE you get up in the morning. Stairs are salted. Lots of open and covered parking and sidewalks. Location is mere blocks from almost any store or restaurant you can think of.

Dear Staff of Kensington West,
While on a walk in my neighborhood this evening, I began to recall fondly our 10+ years we spent calling Kensington West home. First at #212 then #526. We always received prompt attention when needed, enjoyed many social activities, and felt as if we lived in a community. And while we now live in a house, I truly still miss our apartment and Kensington West. Thank you for over a decade that we lived and loved Kensington West.

I have lived her since August 2006 and I love how the community is a big family. I love how the social events they have everyone knows everyone and they make you feel welcome here. I love the size of my apt and everything about it! This is so much better than any other apt I have lived in. I love it here!
