To whom it may concern,

I came into Retreat At The Park on Sunday afternoon to look for an apartment for a friend of mine who is possibly moving to Denver within the next month. I spoke with a young lady named Summer who couldn't have been more helpful.  She was gracious, kind, knew what she was talking about, and most importantly she put the effort in to make me feel welcome.

Like I said I've been looking for an apartment for a friend of mine, and everywhere I seem to go no one wants anything to do with me. It's so off putting to walk into a place where no one wants to help you because the apartment is not for myself. I was almost ready to quit looking for the day but decided that I should just take one more look since I was in the area. I told Summer that the apartment wasn't for me and that it was for a friend and she was very nice and had no problem with that (or me). She showed me the model that you guys have on the ground floor and explained what would be the same and what would be different from the styles that she had available for my friend. She showed me the pool, and the fitness center, and then she made me a cup of coffee. She is such a friendly girl, she was smiling the whole time, we were joking around, and when we saw other I'm assuming residents she said hi, how you doing, and waved.

I was so impressed with the way that she handled everything that I told her how wonderful she was, and that she was doing an excellent job, and I told her that her attitude alone just won me over, over everyone else I'd met. I gave her an email address so she could email my friend all of the information that she had told me about. Which my friend said she got probably as soon as I left.

I don't know where you got her from, but she is great and I'm definitely going to tell everyone about her! She had such a great peppy personality. She was so nice that it made my whole night. She even suggested somewhere for me to eat that night since I was in the area.

I just wanted to express my opinion about what a great employee you have, and I hope this gets to everyone.
