I have lived here in a 1 bedroom apartment for just over a year and am sad to be leaving here at the end of the month (moving out of state). I have lived in a lot of different places, and this is by far one of the best apartments I've ever rented. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious while being extremely affordable--three things that in and of themselves are very difficult to find. But the customer service is what has been amazing. When I originally came in to view the apartment, I saw Dillon who took us around and showed us a model and then the unit that I'm living in now. I was pretty sure this is where I wanted to live, but still had several appointments that day. He volunteered to hold the apartment for me for a couple of hours until I could get back. They processed all of the paperwork very quickly and were extremely helpful. I think he has now left, but I have also worked with Audrie who has always been extremely friendly and helpful. She was a huge help when my lease ended and I was trying to decide whether to sign a short-term lease or go month to month until my move out of state.

The maintenance staff has been terrific and has always been incredibly friendly--they even came into my apartment after I moved in to put the closet door back on tract since I had to take it off to get my furniture in the doorway. Maintenance requests sometimes take a follow-up request, but once I do, everything has been fixed right away and actually "fixed" not just covered with a band-aid. The maintenance staff even came over right at closing time when a bat flew in my fireplace to remove it for me. My utility prices have never been so low. And I love having a washer/dryer right there in the unit. The pool is great for having company over.
I've been a resident of StoneHaven South for approx. 2 1/2 yrs and my stay here has been outstanding. From the front office( Property Managers, leasing agents, and the whole crew), My apt is awesome. Its a loft style apt, I've never had a problem with anything( pest,noise, etc...).Great neighbors, and friends that live out here.
