I have lived at Walden Ridge Apartment Homes in Kennesaw, GA for about 4 years now. Out of all of the apartments I have lived at this one is by far my favorite. The grounds are very well kept. The maintenance crew is always on top of everything. The day you call in something that is wrong they are there to fix your problem right away! The office staff is WONDERFUL I have never dealt with such respectful people. They are always making sure my apartment is great and always so polite. Since I have lived at Walden Ridge I have only experienced the gate not working a few times. When something is wrong with it they have someone out right away to fix it or I have seen the office staff out there themselves fixing this problem. Regarding the last comment the pool is ALWAYS clean. The only time I have noticed the pool a little messy is when the leaves were falling or right after a storm, which is understandable. The office staff throws all kinds of resident activities that are a blast! I have never felt so at home. I would recommend Walden Ridge to anybody. Very Safe community!

I moved here from an upscale apartment community off of Barrett Pkwy in August 08 to get out of the nasty traffic that I couldn't handle any longer. This is still very close to my work and in a much better area still allowing me to be close to good food and shopping. I was paying almost $100 more a month for the same size apartment there and did not think it was worth it what so ever. I think I am keeping the lights on at Starbucks every morning with it being right by the back gate!! I go to Wal Mart for everything, which is walking distance from my apartment. I've been to a few of the social get togethers at the office since I moved in and have met a lot of really nice people and had fun. The office sent me a birthday card in December to my door. That threw me off that they cared to do that. They do more than my other leasing office ever did which I really appreciate. It's nice that I can walk my dog and not step in other dog’s mess. I think the maintenance guys keep the place looking really good. I called to have my air filter changed and my kitchen light bulb replaced and they treated it like my heat went out and came up right away. I was pleasantly surprised especially after having to wait days and days at my old community for anything to get done. I'm glad I moved here and it’s become my home that I can relax at after a long day at work. I will send people here for sure.

I received your questionnaire a while back and wanted to fill it out.  I put it on my "to do" computer reminder list, and I just found it again (so much for reminder lists), but the questionnaire it is no longer available online.
I moved to the Walden Ridge Community about 4 months ago, and just wanted to express what a wonderful, peaceful, beautiful place it is to live. I have lived all over the country in my own townhouses, condos, etc., have belonged to a number of neighborhood associations, and have experienced none to be more efficient or friendly than the management here at Walden Ridge.
 The manager Darrin Brown, and his assistant manager Dianne Linso are not only extremely professional, they are very personable, and help to make living here a true pleasure !  They, along with the head of maintenance, Joe, make sure that any request, no matter how small, is attended to quickly and efficiently.
 I don't often write emails like this, but, In a time when it seems that people tend to complain about things that are "wrong" (in their opinion), I think it is important to compliment people, organizations, and companies that do things extremely well, and with a great, positive attitude.
