I will be leaving your community at the end of my lease on March 31, 2009, with possible move out of personal belongings on the weekend of 28-29 March. I would like to extend a personal thank you to Ms. Vault who has always worked with me and other Soldiers during my stay. She is a great asset to the staff and I hope to encounter more good people like herself during my stay in St. Louis. The maintenance guys have always been out on the same day when I've had a problem and had the problem fixed within 24 hours. These guys always seem to be working on something every time I see them and are never just standing around. They have always been polite and friendly and they are hardworkers.
They need a raise! Phil also has done a spectacular job with the pool and gym area. You can always tell when Phil is there because the pool is sparkling clean. I have been swimming at least 4 times a week and Phil always enforces the rules and makes sure that the area is looking great!
