Through its affiliates, The Michelson Realty Company L.L.C., Michelson Commercial Realty and Development L.L.C., Michelson Asset Management, Inc., Michelson Development Company, MRC Realty, Inc. and MRC Subsidiary Corporation, the Michelson Organization provides a full spectrum of services.  Development and acquisition of real estate including projects in the planning stages, projects under construction and existing operational properties are just part of services available.  The Company is also involved with the organization and administration of real estate joint ventures and partnerships, as well as provides management services to maximize the market position of those properties.

Michelson managed properties span the United States.  From the state of Arizona in the south-west to North Carolina and Florida in the east-southeast, the Company currently oversees the operation of 33 affordable luxury-style apartment communities in 19 states.  Focused on individual lifestyles, one can choose from a neat, compact, amenity-filled studio apartment to a luxuriously spacious three or four bedroom multi-level townhome.  A variety of designs include those extra touches of home such as real wood cabinetry, ceramic or wood grained floors, and thermopane windows.  Plus some include special items such as a central vac system or built in laundry area.  But the apartments aren’t the only things a step ahead of the competition.  The Michelson work force, over 400 trained professionals, is focused on providing and maintaining that level of product, a truly quality product, to those residents they serve.

In 1995 the Michelson Commercial Realty and Development L.L.C. was founded to continue and expand the Company’s commercial real estate services, construction management and brokerage activities.  The Company is involved in the lease up and management of prime office, warehouse and retail space and is currently in the construction phase of a luxury 144 unit condominium community in west suburban St. Louis.  Michelson Commercial has successfully demonstrated many times over since its inception that it is designed to meet the varied needs of today’s corporate client.
