Cliff Koebel joined
Michelson Commercial Realty & Development in 2005 and brings over
seventeen (17) years experience in management and leasing of
commercial property He possesses a background and knowledge of
office, medical, industrial and retail properties. Prior to joining
Michelson Commercial Realty & Development, Mr. Koebel was principal
and founder of Stonebrook Properties focusing on retail development
and brokerage/tenant representation in the bi-state area. While at
Stonebrook Properties, he successfully completed several build to
suit projects valued over 4 million dollars. From 1991 to 2001, Mr.
Koebel held various positions with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, a
St. Louis based third party commercial real estate firm.
Responsibilities included the management and leasing of multiple
locations for institutional grade properties, providing consulting,
financial analysis, marketing, lease negotiation, tenant retention,
budgeting and capital evaluation for various clients. During his
tenure at CTMT, he negotiated more than 170 transactions valued over
75 million and directed the start up, marketing and lease up of a
130,000 square foot mixed use medical office building. From 1987 to
1991, Mr. Koebel held positions with The Farr Companies in
Washington, DC and Equitec Properties in Detroit, MI / St. Louis, MO
performing property management and leasing functions for owned
properties and third-party owners.
