Vince Vatterott
received a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from
Saint Louis University in 1979. He continued his education at Saint Louis University Law School,
earning a law degree in 1982.
Vince practiced law with Guilfoil, Petzall,
& Shoemake until 1986 when he joined a diversified real estate company called Caesar
Associates as their Vice President and General Counsel. In 1989, Vince formed his own
real estate company and put together a Saint Louis Convention Center/hotel transaction.
He became Vice President of Michelson Commercial Realty and Development, L.L.C. in
August of 1990. Vince has represented corporations such as Jefferson Smurfit,
Smurfit-Stone Container Enterprises, AT&T, and Earthgrains
in many different build-to-suit, tenant representation, and disposition projects.
Vince has also completed development of a hotel for the Candlewood Hotel Company
in Earth City,
Missouri.
Vince also has served as Corporate Sponsorship
Chairman of the Taste of Italy benefit for the American
Cancer Society.
