The Michelson Rent Direct Program

Now with Michelson “Rent Direct”, you can set up a pre-authorized payment program at the management office.  With your written authorization you allow us to charge your checking or savings account for the amount of your monthly rent and other charges for rental items or monthly pet rent each and every month.  NO MORE CHECK WRITING! Sign up is as simple as completing the necessary paperwork and turning it into the office.  Also, you have the right to revoke this authorization by giving a timely written notice to our office. 

Simply complete this form, and give it to your property manager and forget about paying your rent!

*If you do not wish to be a part of the Michelson “Rent Direct” payment program and wish to continue to write a check, your check will be electronically scanned.  By remitting your personal check to us, you authorize us to send the information from your check electronically to your bank for payment.  Your bank account will be debited in the amount of your check as early as the same day as we receive your payment, and the transaction will appear on your bank statement.*
